At Cyntrek Solutions PVT LTD, we strive to provide high-quality software solutions and SaaS products. We understand that situations may arise where refunds are required, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our policies.

2. Software Development Services

  • If a project has not yet started, a full refund will be provided upon request.
  • If the project has begun but is less than 25% completed, a partial refund may be granted based on work completed and resources allocated.
  • Once the project has surpassed 25% completion, refunds will not be issued, as significant time and effort have been invested.
  • If the project is delayed due to our fault, we may offer a partial refund or additional services as compensation.

3. SaaS Products

  • Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused service periods.
  • If a customer experiences a technical issue preventing them from using the service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Exceptional Cases

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If a customer believes they are eligible for a refund outside of our standard policy, they can contact our support team. Refunds for exceptional cases are at our sole discretion and may require additional documentation.
